As an Investment Banking Graphic Specialist, you will be at the heart of client engagement, transforming complex financial data into visually impactful presentations and marketing materials. This role demands a creative eye, technical design skills, and a deep appreciation for the diverse cultures and business practices across Asian markets. You’ll thrive in a high-pressure environment, collaborating with teams across the region to deliver materials that resonate with local and international clients alike.

Key Responsibilities
- Design & Production
- Create, format, and enhance PowerPoint presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials tailored for clients in Asian markets.
- Develop charts, graphs, infographics, and other visuals to clearly communicate complex financial data.
- Ensure all materials comply with both global brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with bankers, analysts, and other team members across different Asian offices to understand project needs and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Coordinate with compliance and marketing teams to ensure all materials meet regulatory, language, and branding standards.
- Localization
- Adapt materials for local languages, cultural nuances, and market preferences as needed.
- Support formatting for bilingual or multilingual presentations (e.g. English and Mandarin).
- Quality Control
- Proofread and review all materials for consistency, accuracy, and visual appeal.
- Implement feedback and revisions efficiently.
- Technical Skills
- Use advanced features in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop).
- Manage file organization and version control for multiple ongoing projects.
- Experience in graphic design, preferably within financial services or a corporate environment in Asia.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural team.
- Ability to interpret and visualize complex data.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English ; proficiency in an Asian language (e.g. Japanese or Korean) is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, flexible, and eager to take initiative
- Committed to maintaining strict confidentiality and upholding professional standards
- Attuned to cultural differences and respectful of diverse business practices across Asia
