We are seeking a Lead 3D Artist to join our fast-paced R&D team in our new [Shenzhen] studio. This role is central to setting the quality bar for all 3D output and guiding the team to deliver world-class CGI assets.

What You'll Do
? Drive the visual quality and technical pipeline of all 3D assets across the production.
Mentor and guide artists from across the CG pipeline, providing clear feedback and raising the team's craft ? Own the look-development process, establishing asset guidelines and review standards.
? Liaise directly with Visuals Coordinator and Malaysian CGI teams to maintain and evolve the creative vision.
? Troubleshoot pipeline bottlenecks across character and environment work.
? Ensure cross-team asset compatibility and seamless workflows.

What You Bring
? Minimum 6+ years' professional experience in 3D art for animation, games, or CGI production.
? Expert proficiency in Maya and Blender and Substance Painter.
? Deep understanding of PBR shading, Toon shading and rendering pipelines.
? Proven experience leading a team and delivering assets to broadcast or game quality.
? A strong portfolio demonstrating leadership-level 3D output across multiple asset types.
? Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-first mindset.
? Fluent oral English for effective communication with the HQ team

工作職責(zé)
● 主導(dǎo)所有3D資產(chǎn)在整個(gè)制作流程中的視覺質(zhì)量與技術(shù)管線。
● 指導(dǎo)和培養(yǎng)來自CG全流程的美術(shù)師，提供清晰反饋，提升團(tuán)隊(duì)的整體能力與水準(zhǔn)。
● 主導(dǎo)外觀開發(fā)流程，建立資產(chǎn)規(guī)范與審核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
● 直接與視覺協(xié)調(diào)員及馬來西亞CGI團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)接，維護(hù)并持續(xù)推進(jìn)創(chuàng)意愿景。
● 排查角色與環(huán)境制作過程中的流程瓶頸。
● 確?？鐖F(tuán)隊(duì)資產(chǎn)兼容性，實(shí)現(xiàn)無縫協(xié)作工作流。
任職要求
● 在動(dòng)畫、游戲或CGI制作領(lǐng)域擁有6年以上專業(yè)3D美術(shù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
● 精通 Maya、Blender 及 Substance Painter。
● 深入理解PBR材質(zhì)著色、卡通渲染（Toon Shading）及渲染管線。
● 具備帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)交付廣播級(jí)或游戲品質(zhì)資產(chǎn)的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
● 擁有出色的作品集，能夠體現(xiàn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)級(jí)別的3D產(chǎn)出能力，涵蓋多種資產(chǎn)類型。
● 具備優(yōu)秀的溝通能力，擁有協(xié)作精神與以解決方案為導(dǎo)向的工作思維。
● 流利的英語口語，以便與HQ團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行有效溝通
