職位描述
- 主導(dǎo)電機(jī)控制器和功率變換器控制器的模擬電路應(yīng)用，特別是高精度、高電壓、大電流的測(cè)量。
- 功率級(jí)/功率板設(shè)計(jì)，電力電子子系統(tǒng)開發(fā)，專注于開關(guān)電源設(shè)計(jì)、IGBT 應(yīng)用和柵極驅(qū)動(dòng)器設(shè)計(jì)
- 全面負(fù)責(zé)從系統(tǒng)級(jí)到硬件實(shí)現(xiàn)的模擬電路設(shè)計(jì)。
- 根據(jù)功能安全 （ISO26262） 要求設(shè)計(jì)硬件電路。
- 電路仿真、WCA 和功能分析，熱設(shè)計(jì)、可靠性設(shè)計(jì)和靜態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)分析。
- PCB 布局說明。
- 規(guī)劃硬件測(cè)試并執(zhí)行設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證測(cè)試。
- 開發(fā)文檔（例如 Schematic、PCB、DFMEA、FTA、WCA... )
崗位要求：
- 本科及以上學(xué)歷，電力電子相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
- 3年以上逆變器相關(guān)硬件設(shè)計(jì)，仿真，校核及測(cè)試，汽車行業(yè)/熟悉SiC優(yōu)先；
- 熟悉功率器件選型，匹配及驗(yàn)證；
- 英語讀寫熟練
