About the Role We are looking for a Seller Operations Manager to support our seller onboarding operations in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone at an early career stage who is eager to learn, grow, and develop within Seller Operations. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams, supporting onboarding activities and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. With guidance and mentoring, you will gradually build expertise and take on more responsibility over time. Key Responsibilities Support the seller onboarding process from onboarding to activation in close collaboration with the team Act as a supporting point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Assist in coordinating onboarding-related topics across teams Contribute to the improvement and documentation of onboarding processes and workflows Participate in meetings, help prepare materials, and support follow-ups and action items Help identify process gaps or inefficiencies and raise them within the team Support change initiatives by assisting with communication, documentation, and adoption of new tools or processes Ensure clear communication and transparency within the team and towards stakeholders Required Skills & Experience First experience or strong interest in operations, seller onboarding, account management, or a related field A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working as part of a team High willingness to learn new topics, systems, and tools quickly Ability to work in a structured way with guidance and support Good communication skills and openness to feedback Interest in working in a dynamic, evolving environment Basic technical understanding and curiosity to deepen it over time What We’re Looking For A motivated profile with strong learning agility Someone who enjoys teamwork and contributing to shared goals A proactive and curious mindset with a desire to grow responsibility step by step Openness to change and interest in understanding end-t
