崗位職責(zé): 主要職責(zé):優(yōu)化人工客服和機器人客服的中(繁簡)、英文文本;處理部門管理事務(wù)。 1. Review and optimise copy in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese to be used by agents and chatbot on digital platforms to provide better UX 2.Understand customer centricity and collaborate with product teams to analyse customer needs and improve customer experience 3. Work with management teams to create a better workplace and people experience, such as by designing training to improve agents’ language skills 4. Take the lead in functional tasks assigned by operation managers (eg. training, risk control, finance, people engagement) 5.Assist operation managers with functional tasks as needed
任職要求: 1. Ability to understand spoken and written Cantonese is a must 2. Solid experience in Chinese & English editorial or copywriting role 3. Good understanding of user experience and digital best practice 4. Good understanding of customer-centric approaches & cultural differences 5. Strong communication skills in English & Chinese, both written and verbal, to explain complex issues; Empathy mindset 6. Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with individuals at different levels 7.
