代理商/經銷商渠道銷售工業(yè)自動化快速消費品
Job Responsibilities / 崗位職責
1.Develop and implement overseas channel distributor sales strategies, focusing on Russia, Europe, Middle East, Central Asia, North America, South America to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals. 負責制定并執(zhí)行海外渠道分銷商銷售策略,聚焦俄羅斯,中東,中亞,歐洲和南北美市場,達成銷售業(yè)績指標及市場拓展目標。
2.Identify, screen, and develop high-quality channel distributors in the target overseas markets, establish and maintain long-term stable cooperative relationships with distributors. 挖掘、篩選并開發(fā)目標海外市場的優(yōu)質渠道分銷商,與分銷商建立并維護長期穩(wěn)定的合作關系。
3.Assist distributors in carrying out market promotion activities, including product promotion, brand promotion, and sales support, to enhance the market penetration and sales volume of products in the target regions. 協(xié)助分銷商開展市場推廣活動,包括產品推廣、品牌宣傳、銷售支持等工作,提升產品在目標區(qū)域的市場滲透率和銷售量。
4.Monitor the sales performance of distributors, analyze sales data, identify problems and potential opportunities, and provide corresponding solutions and improvement suggestions. 監(jiān)控分銷商的銷售業(yè)績,分析銷售數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及潛在機會,提供相應的解決方案及改進建議。
5.Coordinate with internal departments (such as product, marketing, logistics, after-sales) to provide comprehensive support for distributors, ensuring the smooth progress of product supply, delivery, and after-sales service. 協(xié)調公司內部各部門(如產品、市場、物流、售后等)為分銷商提供全方位支持,保障產品供應、交付及售后服務的順利開展。
6.Collect and sort out market information, competitor information, and distributor feedback in the target overseas markets, and submit regular market analysis reports to the superior. 收集整理目標海外市場的市場信息、競爭對手信息及分銷商反饋,定期向上級提交市場分析報告。
7.Comply with the company's sales management system and relevant regulations, complete other sales-related tasks assigned by the superior. 遵守公司銷售管理制度及相關規(guī)定,完成上級交辦的其他與銷售相關的工作任務。
Job Requirements / 任職要求
1.Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade, Business English, Marketing, or related fields is preferred. 學歷背景:本科及以上學歷,國際貿易、商務英語、市場營銷等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2.Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of overseas channel sales experience, with experience in Logistic automation equipment, AGV, Robot is preferred; those with existing distributor resources in the target overseas markets will be essential. 工作經驗:至少3-5年海外渠道銷售經驗,有[目標行業(yè),如:消費電子、家電、機械設備]行業(yè)經驗者優(yōu)先;擁有目標海外市場現(xiàn)有分銷商資源為必要條件。
3.Language Ability: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to use English as the working language; mastery of other foreign languages (such as Spanish, German) is a plus. 語言能力:精通英語(聽、說、讀、寫),能以英語作為工作語言;掌握其他外語(如西班牙語或德語)者加分。
4.Professional Skills: Familiar with overseas channel distribution operation models and market rules, with strong distributor development and management capabilities; good at sales data analysis and market research; having certain negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities. 專業(yè)技能:熟悉海外渠道分銷運作模式及市場規(guī)則,具備較強的分銷商開發(fā)與管理能力;擅長銷售數(shù)據(jù)分析及市場調研;具備一定的談判技巧及問題解決能力。
5.Comprehensive Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, target-oriented, good communication and coordination skills and team spirit; able to adapt to overseas business trips (if needed); proactive, hardworking, and able to work under pressure. 綜合素質:責任心強,目標導向明確,具備良好的溝通協(xié)調能力及團隊合作精神;能適應海外出差(如有需要);積極主動,吃苦耐勞,可承受一定的工作壓力。
6.Other Requirements: Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); having relevant industry certifications is a plus. 其他要求:熟悉辦公軟件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint);擁有相關行業(yè)認證者加分。
