Internship period: Mar 2nd - June 30 2026
Working Hours: 9:30-18:30, 3-4 Days per Week
Working Style: work in the office at least twice a week
Internship Commitment: Minimum 3 months, We are seeking an intern who can commit to an engagement of 3 month. This position is ideal for candidates looking to gain extensive experience and grow with our team over an extended period.
Operations Intern Responsibilities:
? Working with other WildChina Education staff members to prepare and execute our programs with the goal of meeting and exceeding client’s (teacher and student) expectations.
? Working with our Operators to expand and update our vendor database
? Working with our Coordinators to prepare documents and other materials for clients
? Purchasing and preparing materials for programs and be with the trip on the ground when needed
Requirements:
? Excellent oral and written English
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability with communication skills
? Strong interest in working in experiential education/travel industry
? An ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment whilst remaining level-headed under pressure
? An ability to work in a team environment
? Thorough with a strong attention to detail
? Software skills
