Responsibilities:
? Establish, implement, and maintain the HR and Admin policies at the China manufacturing site in accordance with company standards.
? Lead and manage all activities, including recruiting, payroll, people development, admin and ER.
? Ensure effective handling of non-conformities, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
? Monitor and analyze performance and ensure structured reporting.
? Support the factory start-up and ramp-up phase, including process robustness.
? Work closely with local and global teams to ensure HR requirements.
? Promote a people focused culture and continuous improvement within the organization.
? Act as the main HR authority for the China site.
Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree.
? Minimum 5 years of experience in HR within a western manufacturing environment.
? Experience with set up HR policies and recruitment for China site.
? Strong knowledge in labour law and team building.
? Experience with factory start-up is highly desirable.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in improvement methodologies.
? Fluent English communication skills; ability to work in an international environment.
