一、崗位概述(Job Overview)
本崗位核心負責(zé)公司品牌宣傳規(guī)劃,通過深度剖析企業(yè)優(yōu)劣勢,制定并落地精準推廣方案;主導(dǎo)品牌內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作,包括宣傳視頻產(chǎn)出、產(chǎn)品catalog整理,統(tǒng)籌海外社交媒體發(fā)布運營,核心目標為吸引海外訂單,助力公司業(yè)績增長。
This position is primarily responsible for the company's brand promotion planning, formulating and implementing precise promotion plans through in-depth analysis of the enterprise's strengths and weaknesses; leading the creation of brand content, including the production of promotional videos and the collation of product catalogs, coordinating the release and operation of overseas social media. The core goal is to attract overseas orders and boost the company's performance.
二、崗位職責(zé)(Job Responsibilities)
1. 負責(zé)品牌宣傳戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與實施,結(jié)合市場動態(tài)及公司實際情況,撰寫品牌推廣策略文檔;
2. 深度分析公司核心競爭力與發(fā)展短板,針對性輸出可落地的海外市場推廣方案,并全程跟進執(zhí)行與效果復(fù)盤;
3. 主導(dǎo)品牌內(nèi)容體系搭建,負責(zé)公司宣傳視頻的策劃、腳本撰寫及統(tǒng)籌拍攝制作;
4. 全面梳理公司產(chǎn)品體系,整理并更新產(chǎn)品catalog,確保產(chǎn)品信息準確、全面且符合海外市場展示需求;
5. 負責(zé)海外社交媒體平臺(如Facebook、Instagram、LinkedIn等)的內(nèi)容發(fā)布、賬號運營及粉絲互動,提升品牌海外曝光度與影響力;
6. 跟蹤海外市場推廣效果,收集市場反饋,優(yōu)化推廣策略,助力海外訂單轉(zhuǎn)化與業(yè)績提升。
1. Responsible for the planning and implementation of brand promotion strategies, and drafting brand promotion strategy documents in combination with market trends and the company's actual situation;
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of the company's core competitiveness and development shortcomings, output implementable overseas market promotion plans targeted, and follow up the entire process of execution and effect review;
3. Lead the construction of the brand content system, responsible for the planning, script writing and overall shooting and production of the company's promotional videos;
4. Comprehensively sort out the company's product system, collate and update the product catalog to ensure that the product information is accurate, comprehensive and meets the display needs of overseas markets;
5. Responsible for the content release, account operation and fan interaction of overseas social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), so as to enhance the overseas visibility and influence of the brand;
6. Track the effect of overseas market promotion, collect market feedback, optimize promotion strategies, and help with the conversion of overseas orders and performance improvement.
三、任職要求(Job Requirements)
1. 3-8年市場營銷相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,具備新媒體運營、品牌運營實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗,有海外市場推廣經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
2. 具備英語聽說讀寫能力,可完成海外書面溝通、內(nèi)容撰寫及平臺運營工作;
3. 熟練使用各類AI工具(如AI文案生成工具、視頻剪輯輔助工具等),提升工作效率與內(nèi)容質(zhì)量;
4. 擁有多年海外社交媒體使用經(jīng)驗,理解海外文化習(xí)俗及平臺運營規(guī)則;
5. 認同公司發(fā)展理念,愿意投身小型創(chuàng)業(yè)公司,具備強烈的責(zé)任心與主人翁意識,可與公司共同成長;
6. 具備優(yōu)秀的學(xué)習(xí)能力,能快速掌握產(chǎn)品專業(yè)知識及外貿(mào)行業(yè)相關(guān)規(guī)則;
7. 具備較強的邏輯分析能力、策劃能力及執(zhí)行力,可獨立完成推廣方案的制定與落地。
1. 3-8 years of relevant work experience in marketing, with practical experience in new media operation and brand operation; experience in overseas market promotion is preferred;
2. Possess fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and can complete overseas written communication, content writing and platform operation work;
3. Proficient in using various AI tools (such as AI copywriting generation tools, video editing auxiliary tools, etc.) to improve work efficiency and content quality;
4. Have years of experience in using overseas social media, and have an in-depth understanding of overseas cultural customs and platform operation rules;
5. Recognize the company's development philosophy, be willing to join a small startup, have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, and be able to grow together with the company;
6. Have excellent learning ability, and be able to quickly master professional product knowledge and relevant rules of the foreign trade industry;
7. Have strong logical analysis ability, planning ability and execution ability, and be able to independently complete the formulation and implementation of promotion plans.
